Actually, it takes me more time to think about a topic to write than actually writing about the topic. This week my mind is blank due to holiday fever going on. So, I simply decided to share one of the funniest jokes I read on the Reader’s Digest during my school days.
Luckily, I found this joke on the Internet. I guess I am not the only fan of this joke. I thought it will be better if I post the original copy rather than telling it through my own words.
Here it goes.
A woman got on a bus holding a baby. The bus driver said, “That’s the ugliest baby I’ve ever seen!”
In a huff, the woman slammed her fare into the fare box and took an aisle seat near the rear of the bus. The man seated next to her sensed that she was agitated and asked her what was wrong. “The bus driver insulted me,” she fumed.
The man sympathized with her and said, “Why, he’s a public servant and shouldn’t say things to insult passengers.”
“You’re right,” she said. “I think I’ll go back up there and give him a piece of my mind.”
“That’s a good idea,” the man said. “Here, let me hold your monkey.”
hahaha 🙂 good one! I had read this before but I had forgotten the “monkey” part!! thanks for sharing..
Man that is funny
I am going to post this in my website
