Walking For Nepal, Again!
The highly anticipated event of the year, “Walk for Nepal” (WfN) finally took place November 10 in Arlington, Texas. Organised by Youth leaders in Dallas and Nepal ko Yuwa (NKY), a global Nepali youth movement, the walk witnessed participation of more than 250 people who marched in high spirits with a Nepali flag and the WfN Banner at the River Legacy Park.

Nepal ko Yuwa (NKY) and Association of Youth Organizations Nepal (AYON) are pleased to announce the”Walk for Nepal Youth Innovation Fund (WfNYIF) 2012 – Online Voting Competition” for the ten finalist projects starting today, January 5, 2013.
Walk for Nepal 2012 concludes with a successful walk in New York City
Nepal ko Yuwa (NKY), a global Nepali youth movement, in collaboration with Grassroot Movement in Nepal (GMIN) organized “Walk for Nepal” (WfN) on December 8 in Flushing, New York. Despite the cold day, some 150 people marched in high spirits with a Nepali flag and the WfN Banner at the Flushing Meadow Corona Park. Nepalis and friends of Nepal from all ages and walks of life embraced the movement whole-heartedly singing and dancing to the songs that evoked memories and love for their homeland.

Walk For Nepal Dallas on October 20, 2012
Nepali youth in Dallas are organizing a fundraising walkathon to support five deserving non-profit organizations working for the betterment of various sectors in Nepal. Walk for Nepal Dallas will take place at Bachman Lake on Saturday, October 20, 2012.
