The US Diversity Visa lottery program for the year 2015 is set to begin on October 1. According to a press statement issued by the US Embassy in Kathmandu on Tuesday, the application period for the DV program opens at noon, Eastern Standard Time, October 1, 2013, and closes at noon, Eastern Standard Time, November 2, 2013.
