Prime Minister Sushil Koirala today participated in the debris removing campaign undergoing at the Basantapur Durbar Square area, which was demaged by recent ‘Gorkha’ quake. The area is enlisted in the list of World Heritage Sites.

On the occasion of the 65th Democracy Day, Prime Minister Sushil Koirala has offered best wishes to fellow Nepalis at home and abroad for their well being and prosperity. Koirala has also wishes the country on the occasion of Losar festival.
While Prime Minister Sushil Koirala can be described as the ‘weakest prime minister in the history of Nepal’ by his critics for his inability to fully shape his cabinet nearly two months after being appointed as the head of the government, he can also be named the ‘poorest world leader’ for his frugal lifestyle.
Prime Minister Sushil Koirala, on Sunday afternoon (March 2, 2014), left for Myanmar to participate in the third BIMSTEC Summit as part of his first multilateral visit abroad.
