Singer Astha Tamang-Maskey launched her sophomore Nepali album ‘Ma Ek Sapana’ was launched at Rastriya Naach Ghar on Sunday, 24th June. The event also featured numerous performances by the singer collaborating with Kutumba and Jindabaad.
The biggest momo party, The Bakery Cafe Momo Mania 2012 took place at Bhrikuti Mandap amidst hundreds of momo lovers. The festival had 22 varieties of momos and several performances from Kutumba, The Everest Crew B-Boys, Subima Shrestha and Ang Babu Lama.
Known for their genuine traditional Nepali folk music all over the world, Kutumba will be performing in the US for the first time!
Pariwartan is the first music video by Kutumba, a Nepali Folk Instrumental ensemble from Nepal. Members of Kutumba specialize in various Nepali folk music instruments and describe themselves as an ensemble committed to research, preservation and celebration of the diversity that exists in indigenous Nepali music.
