The Indian Department of Forests is found to have encroached the no man’s land in Parasan to build a dam. The Indian side is reportedly building a three kilometer long dam encroaching the no-man’s-land from Nepal-India pillar no. 191 to 194, according to CDO Aryal. And India is doing so unilaterally.
