In a few months time, Nepal Television will be broadcast from Indian national television channel Doordarshan.

India Plans To Install TV & FM Broadcasting Set Ups On India-Nepal Border
On February 28, Friday, the Indian government stated that it is planning to set up eight Television Terrestrial Transmitters and eight FM broadcasting set ups, along the India-Nepal border. They set ups target to cover 65 percent of the population of Nepal.
