In the midst of customers’ difficulty in recharging their mobile balance, Nepal Telecom (NTC) has directed its subscribers to not get 200 recharge cards of certain serial numbers.

According to PahiloPost, NTC has made an announcement that 100 rupee recharge cards having serial numbers from 1115080381920001 to 1115080381920200 were stolen while being imported. Hence, it has requested its users not to use them since they have already been deactivated and to inform the nearest NTC centre upon finding such recharge cards.
