Turkmenistan and Palestine have entered semi-finals, defeating Nepal 3-0 and Maldives 2-0 respectively in the AFC Challenge Cup from Group A on Monday.
Nepal faced a debacle with the defeat 3-0 by Turkmenistan in the AFC Challenge Cup held at the Dasharath Stadium today.
Turkmenistan had taken a 1-0 lead with the score by Tagayev in the seventh minute of the first half which was later doubled by Chonkayev in the 79th minute. In the 89th minute Turkmenistan had added another goal.
With this win, Turkmenistan has made it to the semi-final from Group A, with seven points. In its opening game, Turkmenistan had defeated Maldives while in its second match, it had played goalless draw with Palestine.
Likewise Maldives has also crashed out of the league after it failed to stand up with the tough team Palestine in the AFC Challenge Cup held at Halchowk today.
Similarly Palestine has also entered the semi-final, beating Maldives. It defeated Maldives with 2-0 in today’s match, making it to the semi-final.
