Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) has increased load shedding to 58 hours a week effective from Mangsir 18, 2072 (December 4, 2015).
According to the new schedule, there will be load shedding for 2 to 3 times a day and total of 58 hours in a week.
The power outage has been hiked due to excessive load in the system, reduced water level in the rivers and delay in reinstating the earthquake hit power houses, said NEA.
