The ICC World Twenty20 Qualifier 2015 championship began from July 9 in Belfast, Ireland. Fourteen nations are vying in the tournament that will be also held in Scotland.
Nepal is set to play against the United States of America in the ICC T20 World Cup Qualifier tomorrow (July 10). The match is scheduled to be held at 7:00pm Nepal time.
In the inaugural match, organizer Scotland beat United Arab Emirates (UAE) by nine wickets. The second match of the day is between Afghanistan and the Netherlands.
Led by Paras Khadka, Nepal is placed in Group A along with America, Hong Kong, Papua New Guinea, Jersey, Namibia and Ireland.
Similarly, Afghanistan, Kenya, Oman, Canada, United Arab Emirates (UAE), Scotland and Netherlands are in the Group B.
Nepal will be qualified to play in the World Cup Cricket if it can get through the top six in this qualifying match.
Likewise, the top six winning cricket teams of the ICC Twenty20 Qualifier match will be selected for the World Cup Twenty20 Cricket tournament to be held in India in 2016.
