Chase Community Giving is a program which lets people choose charities to receive grants from Chase. This year, Grassroot Movement In Nepal (GMIN) has also been nominated and with your votes, it could be entitled to a donation of up to US$ 250,000.
GMIN is a non-profit organisation headquartered in New York with branches in the UK, Finland, Hong Kong and Nepal. It supports and initiates Grassroot movement focused on bringing sustainable social and environmental change in Nepal. In the last two years, it has already renovated 16 schools in 16 villages. GMIN has also sponsored education of many deserving students, hired and trained teachers, donated clothes and stationery to thousands of Nepali students. Now with this grant, it can do much more and you can make that happen by voting.
