Here’s an email sent out from Nepali Society Texas to all its members regarding a town hall meeting for NRN (Non Resident Nepalis) to be held on August 30th at the newly rented NST community center.
Dear all,
Non Resident Nepali Association (NRN) movement is taking serious turn in Texas, NRN will be transformed into organization very soon in DFW area. At this point of time Texas NRN is in critical phase, we are focusing to build a strong organization and establish leadership at local, national, regional and global level.
We will be holding a town hall meeting on August 30 with following simple objectives:
· build local leadership
· brief DFW Nepalese about NRN and NRNA
· increase membership and
· Build a strong global NRN network.
After all, majority of us Nepalese want to help Nepal and Nepalese. NRN Association is becoming the organization to bring global Nepalese under one name. NRN is one Nepali global initiative in true sense. Such network gives lots of leverage to initiate and implement projects and make an impact in Nepal. NRN is also committed to maintain our cultural heritage and protect a right of NRN.
