It has definitely been a dream come true for thousands of David Beckham’s Nepali fans as the football legend has graced Nepal with his presence. The English footballer arrived in Kathmandu on Friday morning (November 6, 2015) and is currently staying at Dwarika’s Hotel in Battisputali. He is here to play football as a part of a funding campaign for United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) and is scheduled to play a match at Taumadi in Bhaktapur on the very day of his arrival.
He is currently at Bhaktapur-based Padmodaya Higher Secondary School meeting the local children and students.
The free-kick maestro arrived in the capital after playing a charity match at Papua New Guinea.
