Not long after his stint regarding the alleged egg attack on his neighbour’s house, Justin Bieber has been caught up in another scandal! The Baby hitmaker was arrested early Thursday morning for DUI and drag racing.

According to reports, Bieber was busted in Miami Beach and it didn’t end with DUI … he was also busted for resisting arrest without violence, drag racing and driving on an expired license.

Cops believe Justin was under the influence of both drugs and alcohol. They said at a conference that Justin had consumed some alcohol, been smoking marijuana and consumed some prescription medication.

The 19-year-old is now in custody and is at the police department where he is being tested — presumably to more precisely measure his blood alcohol level. Our law enforcement sources say Justin was given a field sobriety test at the scene … and failed.

He also lied to the police saying that he was returning from a recording whereas in real he had just left a club. TMZ.com had photos as proof.
